Terms and Conditions: Real Estate At the Auction, the winning bidder will be required to provide a 10% deposit with Davis Auction Services (Dave Davis Enterprises, LLC—Florida Auction License AB-2654). The deposit will be held in Waller Mitchell & Barnett Escrow Account as the closing agents. The balance will be due at closing within 30 days. The Seller will pay for and provide a Title Policy and convey a General Warranty Deed. The Seller will pay for the Documentary Stamps. All prorations will be as of the closing day. A 10% buyers premium will be added to the bid to create the purchase price. Terms and Conditions: General Merchandise Payments Cash & Credit Cards. A 2% Handling fee will be added to all credit cards charges. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the condition of any item. All purchasers accept the items when sold “as is, where is, in place, and with all faults & conditions". There will be a 10% buyers premium added to all purchases as well as sales tax. All items must be removed from the site on the sale day unless other arrangement have been made. Any item left for more that 72 hours will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of without recourse.
